Host - Paul Zenon

From comedy conman to cutting-edge conjuror, Hollywood to Bollywood, and Countdown to La Clique via the Comedy Store, for the past 25 years Paul Zenon has brought his unique combination of contemporary trickery and streetwise stand-up to the stages and screens of Britain and over 30 countries worldwide.

 Since presenting the Children's BBC shows Tricky Business and Tricks 'n' Tracks in the early Nineties, the UK pioneer of Street Magic has made literally hundreds of TV appearances, the more recent of which have included This Morning (ITV1), The One Show (BBC1), The Culture Show (BBC2) and The Gadget Show (C5). He has written and presented five one-man hour-long specials - Paul Zenon Turning Tricks, Paul Zenon’s Tricky Christmas, Paul Zenon’s Trick or Treat, Paul Zenon’s Revenge Squad and White Magic with Paul Zenon - and for the past eight years has been a regular in Dictionary Corner on Channel 4's Countdown.

Paul is one of the UK's most in-demand hosts on the corporate and festival circuits around the world, with appearances everywhere from the London Palladium to the Mumbai Comedy Store, the Magic Castle in Hollywood to the Burj Al Arab, Dubai, and the back of a truck in a Bosnian war zone to the Tropicana, Gold Coast, Orleans, Luxor and Mirage casinos in Las Vegas.
 
He is the author of bestsellers 100 Ways to Win a Tenner, Paul Zenon's Dirty Tricks and Street Magic, the designer of the Z-Ray Deck, a custom deck of playing cards, and he is the founder of The Wonderbus, a Registered Charity which takes older folks from homes and sheltered housing on good old-fashioned days out to see shows and events, with a slap-up meal along the way.

(Please note that once the menu is announced, you must make the organisers aware of any vegetarian meals required or other dietary requirements before the event, to guarantee availability.)

A wine list and order form will be sent to you directly from Sheffield International Venues. There will be a cash bar in the reception area, open during the Champagne reception. If your guests require drinks from the beginning of the evening they will need to buy a drink from the reception bar. We would strongly recommend that you pre-order wine and set up any bar accounts in advance of the evening.

After Party

Sponsor company Napoleons Casino, Ecclesall Road are kindly providing an after party so you can continue to celebrate the success of businesses from our region. A complimentary bus will be available from outside the venue at 1:15am to take all party goers to the venue, which will remain open until 6:30am. More information, and a link to book your place on the free bus will be posted here shortly.
