Doors open at 7pm for the Champagne drinks reception, entry before this time will not be permitted.
Guests are to be seated by 7.45pm for dinner and the awards ceremony.
The evening will continue with entertainment until 2am.

What is the menu for the evening?
Please note that you must make the organisers aware of any vegetarian meals required or other dietary requirements before the event, to guarantee availability.

Tickets:
Tickets will be sent to you for you to distribute to your guests w/c 16th November 2009. There will be a table plan on each ticket.
Name cards: Please do not edit any guest names to your booking as the data has already been taken to produce namecards.
It is important that you log into your table account and input your guest names and dietary requirements.
Names will be taken directly from here on the 16th November to produce the name cards, so please check spellings carefully as we cannot produce re-prints. If you don't wish to fill in your guests names, or if you don't enter names before this date the cards will simply say 'Guest of (company)'.
Drinks:
Please note that a wine list and order form will be sent to you directly from Sheffield International Venues. There will be a cash bar in the reception area, open during the Champagne reception. Please ensure your guests are aware that the bar in the main hall will be closed upon entry to the main hall and intermittently throughout the evening. If your guests require drinks from the beginning of the evening they will need to buy a drink from the reception bar. We would strongly recommend that you pre-order wine and set up any bar accounts in advance of the evening.
Important notice:
Guests are reminded that the distribution of promotional material is not allowed at the event without the written permission of the event organisers. The event organisers reserve the right to exclude any guest or organisation, in their view, is disrupting the evenings proceedings.
